Elaine Edmunds

I have previously worked for the NHS as a consultant psychiatrist and clinical director, with responsibilities for leading whole trust Early Intervention and developing services for young people experiencing serious mental health problems.

Since retirement I founded the community art project Decadent Drawing in 2013. This is socially inclusive collaboration involving events and creative activities involving exhibitions, workshops and events, including Whitby Krampus Run a folklore festival now in its 7th years with support of Coast and Vale Community Action Decadent Drawing became a Community Interest Company in 2019.
